GETTING UNSTUCK
Making Change Last

Feeling stuck in the same rut?

Frustrated with yourself and others?

Overwhelmed with stress and worry?

Feeling helpless to make the changes you want?

Repeating the same stuck patterns?

Many of us find ourselves repeating the same ‘mistakes’ or find ourselves in relationships and situations where we can’t help but react the same way we always have.  We have probably told ourselves or heard others tell us something like: “Just get over it!” or “This time it’s going to be different!” or “What’s the big deal? Just put your head down and do it!”  But the reality for many is that “Just Doing It” isn’t enough to make permanent changes in how we think, feel, or react to situations and stressors.

And so we find ourselves over time increasingly stuck, frustrated, and even hopeless.

This workshop provides you with insight and understanding into how our minds and bodies are wired to actually prevent us from making the changes we want.  Participants will learn tools for how to create change in a new way that allows them to finally experience a sense of freedom from their stuck patterns.
